Shipping policy

We will mail your products out as long as weather and holiday permits, and as long as the mailing facility is open etc. within 1-3 business days from your date of purchase.

We are very proud to hold a standard that most orders (95%), ship the very same day as long as the post office is open!

If you require expedited processing in actual shipment time, i.e. overnight delivery; then please contact us directly to accommodate your order needs. Additional rates for shipping and handling will be required for faster processing and vary upon postal rates and handling fees.

*** Our present $5.00 Flat Rate Shipping, applies to United States orders only.  International Orders will be subject to full postage according to the cheapest rate we can locate for your destination, to also include shipping and handling charges that can vary per order size and weight. Refunds for Shipping related issues

Refunds related to shipping would only occur if the store was at fault.  If it can be identified that Esty Way Gaming attempted to mail goods to the address provided, then the store has satisfied its responsibilities for mailing and any occurance of wrong mailing or lost mail, is not the responsibility of Esty Way Gaming.  If damage has occurred during shipment, please contact us to discuss further; upon discretion, the Store may replace the damaged goods and charge customer shipping and handling rates outright and any "Free shipping" previously given (if applicable), would incur the actual shipment and handling price. Shipping of actual product would not occur until any outstanding charges are paid.
